Contact us once you’ve booked your event date and venue location. Your venue will be a huge factor in determining what vintage rentals will be right for you, and of course the date is important so we can make sure that we’re available (along with all of your favorite one-of-a-kind pieces) for your big day.
Check out our rental inventory on our website and add the pieces you love to a wish list. After you send us the wish list, we’ll get to work and send you a customized quote.
There is a $75 minimum order for will-call orders; however, delivery requires at least a $250 rental order. Will-call orders may require an additional refundable deposit depending on the nature of the rental.
Only small details, luggage, trunks and tabletop items may be picked up at our warehouse showroom. Due to the fragile and delicate nature of our antique pieces, we do not allow pickup of larger items and props.
Our delivery/pickup charge is typically 15-20% of the rental order, which covers gas, mileage, tolls, equipment and basic setup. Local delivery areas include the Southside and Peninsula cities of Hampton Roads, VA. Extended delivery areas, such as the Eastern Shore, Smithfield, Williamsburg, Gloucester, New Kent, Richmond and the Outer Banks, NC will incur an additional delivery/pickup charge.

Once you accept our quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract are required to reserve your rentals for your event date. The balance is due 7 days prior to your event. We prefer payment via credit card using the link sent in your payment invoice email; however, we also accept checks and cash.
Each item in our inventory is one-of-a-kind, so your deposit reserves the pieces you love for your date ensuring that they will be attending your event only. If you change your mind, you are welcome to modify your order and choose other pieces for your event up to 7 days prior to your date.
No sweat! A 10% damage waiver is built into each rental order to cover minor damage and expected wear & tear to rentals. If you or your guests willfully damage a rental through misuse, neglect or to a point where it needs professional repair or replacement, then we will invoice you for the exact cost to repair or replace the rental. We love participating in styled shoots and collaborating with other vendors! Currently, we are happy to offer our rentals and styling services on a complimentary basis (based on availability) for editorials and industry approved shoots in exchange for appropriate credit and professional photographs. We’re happy to offer a discounted rental rate for inventory items requested for rebranding and publicity purposes. Delivery/pickup fees still apply as with other rental orders.
In order to dedicate our full time and attention to every styled shoot, we only participate in a limited number of shoots each month. Please make sure you contact us as soon as possible when coordinating your styled shoot so we can be involved!
Our showroom is located in Norfolk, VA. We would love for you to come by so we can show you the collection in person! Please be sure to contact us first as we are available by appointment only. Please view our inventory on our website and submit a wish list prior to scheduling an appointment so we can have the pieces you love ready to show you!
We would love to take a look! While we are always on the hunt to add unique vintage finds to our collection, we are very selective of the pieces we add to our curated inventory. Contact us by email with a couple of photos of the pieces you are looking to sell and we will be in touch.
After you have selected the pieces you love and sent us your wishlist, we’ll get started on a custom proposal for your event! We’ll let you know about availability, pricing and other important information. The items in your proposal will be reserved for you free of charge for 14 days after you receive the proposal. After 14 days, the reservation will expire without a deposit.
We hope your event day goes perfectly, however, we all know that unexpected things can detour even the most well-planned soiree. Our vintage items are delicate, one of a kind treasures and do not enjoy wet weather! We require all of our customers to have a solid inclement weather plan for their event. You are responsible for ensuring that your event rentals stay safe and dry!
Each of our rental pieces is priced individually. We will provide you with a custom quote based upon your selected pieces. Add the inventory items you’re interested in to your wishlist and submit your list for a custom proposal. We’ll get back to you soon with pricing, availability and delivery/setup fees!
